Great site that contains a number of courses of on psychology, coaching and business amongst others.
Most courses are diploma level and have between 8-12 modules per course and contain assessments which are marked by the course creators.
I have used this site as a way to study what I am interested in and also to sample new topics without having to overcommit too much time.

Pluralsight
This was originally called “Trainsignal” and the content was generally designed to target IT Professionals. Plural has matured to also provide training for professional skills in multiple disciplines. This is subscription-based service.
